PW's Sports Bar & Grill

I had a ball, I am a professional drag performer and i really enjoy a different drag show from DC. I will come back and I told all of my friends about PW. Keep the good work up, but I must say it is normal when you go into a new place and nobody knows your face, it is a little strange, but you have to be patient and the people will come around.

PW's is an awesome bar. The bartenders are friendly, prices are reasonable, and on gay nights the crowd is as diverse (and handsome) as that in any gay bar in any large City. It nice to get out of DC every once in a while, and I will certainly make my way back to PW's.

Great place if you're a cute, mindless, 20 or 30 something with no personality & an attitude bigger than you are . . . like the lovely individual I had the misfortune of seeing behind the bar in there last Saturday night (6/14/08)

Some friends and I heard about this place and decided to make the trip up from DC. Great time, friendly fun crowd, and I'm not sure what a different reviewer means about the bar having a small area, there is a good sized bar area and a large lounge with pool tables, darts, a stage and big screen. Went again on another night that turned out to be a karaoke night, had a blast, and drinks were half the price of DC!

This is such a great place, so close to home. There are lots of friendly people here, gay and striaght. The bar tenders are wonderful, always willing to look up new drinks and even do a little experimenting of their own. They always have something going on, there is always something to do there, whether you play pool, shoot darts, watch the game, or just relax with your drink and have a good old conversation. I would recommend this bar to anyone and everyone, it bets going to baltimore or dc anytime. Yes there are quit a few regulars that come here, but it wont take long to fit right in.
