ROUGH TRADE Presents The Seth Bogart Show with special guests WET BRAIN, Ellen Degenerate, Molly Rhinestones and more TBA!! 18+ // $5 admission, $8 after 10pm!! ROUGH TRADE is the city's sleaziest queer party from hostesses Nicolette Le Faye, Whitney Biennial, and Ellen Degenerate (City Paper: Baltimore's Best Drag Queen 2015). Formed in response to the crisis of closing gay dive bars, we're a pop-up queer bar that channels everything you loved about ungentrified nightlife. The Seth Bogart SHOW is the new live televisual performance starring Seth Bogart (formerly of Hunx & His Punx and Gravy Train). The performance features a video backdrop (inspired by Pee Wee’s Playhouse and Liquid Television) set to music inspired by Radio Disney, Kraftwerk , Le Tigre, Broadcast + Nina Hagen. The live show was tested for the first time this summer in France, and became an art installation in LA at 356 S. Mission Rd this fall. Seth Bogart’s debut album (produced by Cole MGN - Ariel Pink, Julia Holter, etc) will be released early next year on Burger Records.
