Fine for a spell...

Nothing stands out about Grand Central, and I guess that's a good thing for Baltimore, since the whole town thinks of itself as DC's ugly, urine-stained step-sister. The place is fine, neither awful nor fabulous. The drinks were ok, the service was ok, and the atmosphere was... ok. Nice door-man, but his kindness as we entered was the only memorable thing about the place.

Eh

Decor is nice for Bmore. You reallly dont have much choice in the area. Bartenders are ok, nothing great. The crowd during the week is very small, and most know one another. Weekends can be busy with the dance area opening up with a cover charge. The beers are $4 on weekends. There is a smoking patio out back and a dance area with cover upstairs. Nothing great but better than the Hippo. It also has a younger crowd than Hippo.

great atmosphere

enjoyed my night out there was on a friday night and was very busy, friendly people and professional staff, i however did not care for waiting in line at the coat check so i could pay to go upstairs, especially when i didnt have a coat, one guy can not do this job, otherwise a fun place to drink and cruise boys and flirt with hottie bartenders

friendly neighborhood bar

When I arrived, the dance club was still closed so I just chilled at the bar. The staff were nice and the crowd was a bit older. (30-40ish) The bar area was average sized with tables and views of the street. The back area of the bar had a couple of pool tables. Later when the dance club opened I had to pay a cover to get in. It ended up being pretty fun after about 1:00 AM. I'm thinking everyone goes here at the end of the night.

Grand Central Station

This bar is a great place for those who like High Tech Loud music and twinks. The crowd is somewhat friendlier than other local bars mentioned. Prices could be better, I'm not sure about the leather part Never saw anyone ever there in leather. A must go for out of towners looking for dance and loud music. scalke of 1 to 10 I rate it an 8
